What pets do you care for?

We care for dogs, cats, and other small pets on a case-by-case basis.

How do I book services?

New clients can request services through our Time To Pet client portal. Existing clients can log in to schedule or message us.

Do you offer recurring visits?

Yes! We can set up recurring schedules for regular clients.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. We recommend at least 72 hours’ notice.

Do you offer discounts or packages?

Yes! We offer discounted walk packages and occasional promos.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What happens if there’s an emergency?

We follow your pet's emergency contact plan and will notify you immediately.
